Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll support the strategic growth of the business for India market by
aligning the regional marketing strategy with our sales organization. The goal is to raise
awareness, educate the market, build pipeline and grow customer advocacy in the region.
You’ll manage the execution of strategic and tactical programs that educate and generate
market awareness, drive demand in target accounts & personas and drive new logo acquisition.
This includes various forms of digital programs and events supporting the global/ regional
campaigns and launches directly as well as through partners.
You should enjoy analysis and deriving business insights from data to make smart decisions.

Responsibilities:
Own the timely execution of the regional marketing plan within enterprise accounts
Build and execute regional programs to drive new logo acquisition for effective ‘landing’
in the prospect accounts
Contribute to the regional marketing plan from a channel marketing perspective. Have a
strong focus on demand generation activities through resellers and distributors to grow
channel generated pipeline
Understand and adopt the digital techniques to drive engagement and pipeline for the
business – a digital savvy approach
Collaborate internally with other functions of the global marketing team as well as the
regional ecosystem (partner team, regional marketing, sales team etc.)
Track KPI’s weekly and report on marketing’s contribution to new business meetings and
pipeline creation
Leverage and adapt various MarTech stacks in campaign design, execution and
optimization
Work with various marketing agencies to bring scale to the execution
Requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a B2B enterprise marketing role with a proven
track record of planning and executing campaigns that achieve target goals
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize round-tables & events (field events / channel
partner events/ webinars) either own or 3rd party to generate leads
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Experience working with and communicating to sales teams
Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience in Salesforce.com and/ or Marketo, with the ability to track
campaigns performance
Strong communication skills as you will be required to work with and persuade many
constituents within the organization
Experience with a SaaS and/or security vendor is a plus
Qualifications
Preferred Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Technology, MBA preferred.
