Requirement:
- Candidate should have flair for selling.
- Should be target oriented and meet the required sales target.
- Willing to extend the shift or work during weekends to meet the target.
- Candidate should have good communication and negotiation skill.
Job roles: –
- To develop and implement appropriate sales strategies and plans for the given region/area to achieve planned sales targets, while making sure that it is aligned to the overall sales strategy of the organization.
- Find new customers and explore areas for add-on services to grow business with existing and reliable customer base.
- To co-ordinate with regional sales / marketing development team to achieve budgeted quantities in alternate applications.
- To prepare action plan to develop business from assigned areas.
- Excellent business relationship with customers by making frequent visits, exploring new requirements, specific needs.
- To handle existing customers related to sales, Schedule Payments and Co-Ordinate with Accounts in solving the Payments/Debit related issues.
- SCM Management
- Technical requirements like know how on BSI/BIS or understanding on 5S/Six Sigma/TQM

Qualification:
Prost grads/ MBA from a reputed college. Freshers are welcome to apply.

2 โ Technical round at our premises, which will consist of the following
Writtenโ Logical Reasoning and Finance / Marketing skills (only upon selection will move to next round)
Understanding of ECRM, ERP, and industry information is key.
Face to Face interview on marketing concepts and customer retention / acquisition
