Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Book keeping and Coordinating with Internal and External Auditors.
• Well versed with TDS rules, TDS deduction and Filings.
• Computing of GST, Income tax and TDS returns
• Processing invoice
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
• Accounting and Taxation duties
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Performing Banking and payment management
• Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Create Profit/Loss & Balance Sheet Report
• Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, and financial regulations.
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
• Managing records and receipts
• Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
• Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in finance related field

· Good Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft word and excel.

· Experience with creating financial statements

· Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

· Good interpersonal skills
