Job Description
- Answering Customer Calls
- Handling Customers issues with efficiency and Proper way
- Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information
- Following up complicated customer calls when required
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM

- Good Command of English level
- Completed or Exempted from the military Service

- Good command of reading numbers
- Good handling skills and communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
