The Early Careers Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the campus recruitment and engagement for India businesses. The role will involve supporting end to end campus recruitment, campus engagement, candidate management, internal stakeholder management, and systems management. The individual must be able to successfully support the campus recruitment process under aggressive timelines. He/she should thrive in a fast-paced, high expectations environment and work well under pressure.
This role will directly report to Head of Early Careers, Asia and Australasia.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the various stages of the recruitment process for Early Careers (Graduates / MBAs / Interns) including planning and designing the strategy for campus recruitment and engagement activities.
Manage candidates through the selection process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and support the on-boarding of new hires
Partner closely with Early Careers recruitment team, business, and wider HR team across the country.
Coordinate with colleges, candidates, recruitment team, hiring managers and interviewers and ensuring best interview and candidate experience
Accurately schedule interviews, meetings, and events, liaising with multiple parties working across various locations
Communicate progress to hiring managers and recruiting colleagues on the status of candidates and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
Effectively manage and maintain recruitment related data in the ATS (Oracle Taleo) and MS-Excel.
Champion, support and utilize WTW recruitment strategies and tools
Proactively follow up on interview requests and other information requests
Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment process
Take ownership for the payment of supplier invoices and operate as a liaison between the recruitment team and finance.
The Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business management or related field preferred
A minimum of 2 years of successful campus recruiting experience for a professional services firm or any global MNC; experience of working for an HR / Actuarial / Management consulting firm a major plus (Open to freshers’ if profile and prior internship experience is relevant)
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team working skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly proficient in MS Office (majorly MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
Experience of working on Taleo / Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud or any other Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be a plus
Experience of multi-tasking and juggling conflicting priorities
Exceptional client relationship skills: ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations
Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Self-sufficient and able to work independently
Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple deliverables
Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring needs
