In this role, you will:
- Responsible for working on low/moderate/high complexity/priority cases, depending on the queue type and the complexity of the review
- Meets SLA by providing timely and quality work
- Actively participates in team activities
- Contributes in achieving team goals and willing to take initiatives
- Partner with appropriate resources to seek out solutions to problems
- Perform duties and assignments within established timeframes, ensuring proper follow-up and completion
- Flexibility to work in different shifts as per business requirement
Desired Qualifications:
- Should be a Graduate or Post-Graduate
- Good English comprehension, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the banking industry
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Exhibits commitment to the company and Fosters Team Work
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
- Basic knowledge on MS Excel
