In this role, you will:

• Manage a team responsible for oversight and strategic direction of enterprise risk, governance, reporting programs, tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance in Enterprise Risk
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in less complex risk based governance programs
• Provide risk and regulatory expertise in one or more risk, product, or front line areas with low to moderate risk
• Guide and direct the organization, with interpretation, effectiveness of policies, companywide initiative execution and reporting to the Board
• Monitor training delivery and ensure timely completion
• Make supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to managing the team, work allocation and daily operations under direction of Enterprise Risk management, leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Direct, monitor and credible challenge for risk reporting, escalation and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding covered compliance risk matters
• Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and managers, interact directly with external customers and ensures coordination with team, line of business, other business units, Legal, Audit, and regulators on risk related topics
• Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Enterprise Risk
• Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
• Provide general coordination, guidance and oversight of I&P members supporting Strategic Enterprise Risk Management (SERM) Enterprise Risk Programs and Integration (ERPI)
• Drive consistent implementation and usage of core data elements across risk programs.
• Participate in the development and execution of program enhancements, including process optimization and reporting oversight
• Leverage FRC program data to develop analytics, metrics and centralized resources.
• Coordinate adherence with FRC program standards, collaborating across FRC owners and risk program teams.
• Serve as a liaison with FRC owners and risk teams to assess impacts and implement significant content changes.
• Develop concise materials & effective messaging to program stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework, Foundational Risk Components Policy, Assessment Scales and Rating Terminology Methodology and other relevant documents.

Required Qualifications, US:

• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management (includes Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 1+ years of Leadership experience

Required Qualifications, International:

• Experience in Risk Management (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk) or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
