Job Description:
- cheque preparation, book entry, payment clearing, bank reco, debtor ageing, collections etc.
Finalization of Accounts, Monitoring Debtors, Deal with various banks and Taxation
Coordinating with Auditors.
Auditing Statutory, Internal and Tax, Preparation of Financial Statement in adherence to statutory requirement
Bank borrowing, Financing and other management service
ROC Compliance under companies Act
Filling Income Tax Return of Individual’s, Firms, Companies and Trusts.
Compliance of Provision of Companies Act, Income tax Act.
Finalization of Annual Reports including Auditor’s Report.
Finalization of financial Statements like Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss A/c.
Checking of Statutory dues like Provident fund, Employees State Insurance, Income tax, Sales tax, Services tax TDS, Vat etc.
Analysis of system of purchases & sale of inventory, fixed Assets & personal record.
