Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy and Planning:
Develop social media strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and target audience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities.
Create comprehensive social media plans that outline campaign objectives, target audience, content themes, and posting schedules.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to develop compelling visual and written content.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social media channels.
Use content management tools or platforms to schedule and publish posts at optimal times.
Community Engagement and Relationship Building:
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
Foster meaningful interactions with the audience by actively engaging in conversations and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the organization’s social media followers and increase audience engagement.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and audience demographics.
Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Prepare regular performance reports, including key findings, actionable recommendations, and future campaign ideas.
Social Media Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to reach specific target audiences and marketing objectives.
Utilize targeting options, such as demographics, interests, and custom audiences, to maximize ad effectiveness.
Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets and bidding strategies, and provide recommendations for improving campaign ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
He should be experienced in B2B marketing , Meta platforms, Twitter, Linkedin and Paid media spend across Social Platforms.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
Strong understanding of social media trends, user behaviour, and digital marketing principles.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML/CSS skills is a plus.
