VSynergize
As the Content Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing. You’ll manage the editorial calendar, and will be tasked with reporting KPIs as you grow the audience for VSynergize.
Responsibilities
Manage VSynergize content for website, social media, Marketing collaterals. This includes supervising and coaching an in-house content team.
Set content strategy across the creation, optimization and distribution of editorial content designed to meet business objectives.
Develop and oversee the editorial voice, writer guidelines and editorial calendar of topics based on relevant events/sales, trends, SEO best practices and target audience interests.
Serve as the top editor to maintain VSynergize’s standards of quality and style.
Write a variety of content, including survey analysis pieces, trends/predictions pieces, industry news and guides.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including SEO, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, for site enhancements and content optimization.
Collaborate with Design and SEO teams to create relevant graphics
Manage and evolve workflow processes and tools to optimize productivity and leverage best-in-class solutions to establish workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing and retiring content.
Report on content performance and insights to key stakeholders across the company, including leadership.
At least 5 years of experience in digital editorial
Experience developing content strategy for a major B2B company
Proven track record of driving traffic
Keen understanding of Google Analytics, content management systems, SEO best practices, social media
At least a BA in journalism, English, communications, marketing
