Job Purpose
Driving Customer Upgrades, Customer Engagement, and revenue growth product & pricing interventions, effective GTM execution
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
1. Responsible for Subscriber Net Additions & Revenue Earning Subscribers
2. Be part of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Planning team with designing marketing initiatives on the same
3. Plan and Execute Usage & Retention initiatives along with CS team and Sales team
4. Identify market trends and Key opportunities for better execution in different geographies across Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh
5. Product launch, formulating & tracking GTM, planning & communication plan for new & existing products
6. Analysis of interventions
7. Competition Tracking
