Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Within 30 days of employment, establish relationships with your stakeholders, become competent in VMware’s data strategies, and work closely with your business partners to understand their unique data needs.
Within 90 days of employment, you will be expected to design, align, and drive VMware data strategies, to support marketing operations and buyers journey. Establish Proficiency in various data querying and validation approaches, ad-hoc data analysis and deep dives using various analytics tools is also expected.
Within 180 days, you will be expected to support your business partners long and short term marketing operational needs and provide accurate data-driven reports and insights for continual process improvement.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Day to day responsibilities and actions required for this job include:
Lead end to end marketing processes from lead to revenue.
Provide creative and concise data analysis to support and steer business growth.
Develop and manage key marketing operational dashboards & status reports. Support executive dashboards on SEBU operational metrics.
Provide critical business insight based on analysis of historical data trends and identify issues with recommended action plans
Drive data quality, process and automation to improve process efficiencies
Act as subject matter expertise on cross functional projects and initiatives
Act as a change agent to improve marketing processes. Process definition, documentation & training. Drive process enhancements with measurable results and alignment with cross functional stakeholders.
Support BDR and Field Marketing teams with operational requests as related to Lead Management programs
Provide SFDC support and reporting as necessary
Monitor BDR operational activity across all stages of the funnel and address with team as needed
Report and align with other members of team when issues or inconsistencies are known or become apparent
Closely work with the regional and global BDR program leaders as well as Marketing and Sales stakeholders
Monitor and measure success of Outbound programs
Provide low-level technical and operational support and training as needed

Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. You will be expected to live within 0-4 time zones of the primary location.
