Responsibilities: Campaign Management
Understand Portfolio current initiatives and priorities agreed upon by Client’s key stakeholders
Create program framework for activation, engagement, retention – identifying focus groups based on product types and customer segments and align definitions with Portfolio & Product teams – and thereby, define target segments
Provide support to create and operationalize the campaign design and delivery framework in conjunction with Client’s cross-functional teams, including assistance in list generation, communication mix design and channel attribution
Support in monitoring effectiveness of campaign and establish communication protocols with key stakeholder groups, including establishing effective feedback loops
Driving offer communication by optimizing messaging and channel mix
Designing of Client’s Campaigns, supporting execution and overseeing the performance to ensure desired impact
Set up review and monitoring framework for program performance before, during and after campaign period
Manages allocated project deliverables within quality standards and budget.
Structures documents and project deliverables, leveraging insights from data and client inputs
Manages projects owning all client deliverables and all client discussions in the project
Navigating more complex team dynamics
Independent in leading an engagement, seeks guidance as needed, however, ensures s/he owns the engagement.
Influence across multiple teams that s/he works with or leads
A bachelor’s degree/ post-graduate qualification in marketing
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience managing marketing campaigns
Experience in credit card/debit card portfolio/campaign management required
Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional stakeholder management, project management and collaboration skills.
Strong presentation and communications skills are essential.
Understand current marketing trends.
The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
