Business Analyst – (CREQ138735) Description
Overall 4-6 years of experience as Business Analyst
In this role, you will work primarily with the Client stakeholders and architects, Software Development and Test teams to ensure that all teams are working with a common understanding of the software/components that is being built or migrated to cloud.
Analyzing and understanding the insurance domain specific business processes and flows
Participate PI Planning, MBI definition, Requirement Scope Definition and Sprint Planning, etc.
Capture user requirements and user stories, in collaboration with the business stakeholders
Developing clear requirement specifications, ensuring that all business and systems needs are identified clearly, with detailed consideration for all project and technical dependencies and risks.
Carry out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, and requirements for migration and integration to existing systems.
Produce documentation to reflect business processes, user and data requirements and business benefits.
Work with UI and AppDev teams to ensure user requirements are successfully translated into technical requirements.
Work with QA team to support the completion of testing activities.
