Work DESCRIPTION: Extend support customer as per defined SOPs
projects: Email Support for a Financial Institution, Voice Support, Email and CHAT support for apparel and Courierpartner,
location : Work from Office (Noida Sec-1)
2. JOB PURPOSE:
Attending customer’s queries/complaints as per defined SOP through Inbound and Outbound Calls, CHATs and Emails. Precise training and on job experience shall be imparted time to time to help in meeting expectations. Objective is to create more employment scopes especially for Semi Skilled citizens.
BANKING & FINANCE
EDUCATION: 10+2 &Above
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Good in English communication and writing.
Work Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in BPO/Call Centre, preferably in Finance (Fresher can also apply).
GENDER: Both Male and Female can apply
OPERATION WINDOW: 8am – 8pm (9 Hour Window.)
Relocation: Should be a resident of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad or ready to relocate.

CTC/p.a: INR 2,00,000/- to 2,30,000/-
Training compensation: Paid from Day-1
Other allowances: Lucrative Performance Bonus, Split Shift and Over Time allowances paid

Salary: ₹9,836.73 – ₹20,087.58 per month
