  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

Skills Required:-

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in  SMO
  • Passion for social media and internet marketing industries
  • Knowledge of SEO OFF page is a MUS
