Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or a CA Inter passed professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. The Accounts
Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the Non-Banking
Financial Company (NBFC), ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the NBFC’s accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with the management team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, and providing insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Review and approve journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other accounting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns, including GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead and manage the accounts team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Inter passed with a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting and financial management in an NBFC or similar financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
