As a Growth Marketing Executive, you will be focusing on marketing methodologies, to ensure measurable growth of the company through various user acquisition channels
What You Will Do?
The person will be responsible for driving growth across channels – Marketing,
Social media, viral product features, partnership/tie-up driven etc.
Will work closely with central growth, marketing, business & product teams to formulate growth strategy & drive new initiatives
Development and execution of the launch campaign – working with the creative team to come up with localized, relevant creative routes and working with media partners to create the most impactful media mix.
Extend brand partnerships with influencers in the industry for branding and user acquisition purpose
Planning and driving channel-wise growth and Go-To-Market strategies.
Own & drive timely execution of all growth initiatives: SM marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, BTL/ATL activation, B2B corporate tie-ups.
Building new avenues for growth and sustaining the existing ones.
Requirements:
Preferably MBA or B.Tech from top tier colleges in the country.
Minimum of 2-4 years of growth & marketing experience in eCommerce, logistics, content platforms, Consulting and/or start up organizations.
Go-getters, who are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
Love for problem solving & impact orientation.
Ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders & steer groups towards common objectives/goals.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and optimize marketing budget
Strong analytics and quantitative skills
Experience is hiring and managing a team and multiple agencies
Ability to strategically plan, but also have hands on approach
