Working knowledge of the email marketing process
Understanding of the best-practices and experience in creating:
Lead magnets and landing pages, lead generation forms, email list building and management
Drip email campaign workflows, email scheduling, email report analysis, and insights
Digital advertising:
Basic understanding and hands-on in configuring Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Ability to conduct keyword planning and analysis
Added advantage – hands-on or know-how of Ad and Bid optimization techniques
Marketing Concepts and Templates:
In-depth understanding and expertise in building buyer personas, campaign lead flow mapping, lead scoring to identify MQL, marketing funnel
Domain Knowledge in IT services industry or SaaS industry
Project Coordination, Management, and Communication:
Experience in managing the campaign/content calendar using project management tools like Asana
Ability to work with internal (team-members) and external (agencies/vendors) stakeholders and initiate and manage communications across various channels
Inherent love for timelines and campaign launch dates

Ideal Education background and previous work-experience:
Post-Graduate/MBA/Digital Marketing Certification from a reputed institute in India
5+ years of work-experience in Digital Marketing
Bachelor’s in engineering can work as an icing on the cake!
