About the role:
The product marketing team at Urban Company drives the product innovation and growth agenda via in-app optimisation and product-led solutioning. As an Associate/Sr. Associate in this team, you will drive the app-merchandising, support product marketing initiatives and partake in building both efficiencies and user growth engines.
What are you expected to do?
Own, manage and optimize In-App merchandising using tracking, analytics and experimentation
Project manage In-App merchandising to oversee conceptualisation, strategy, creative management, deployment and tracking
Conceptualize, create and execute monthly merchandising calendar in line with category, brand and platform priorities
Build dashboards and analytical solutions to execute the product marketing charter
Work cross functionally to drive experimentation and platform events

What are we looking for?*
Execution focus and project management experience in a multi-stakeholder environment
Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
1-2 years of analytics experience in marketing/product function in a fast-growing startup.
SQL & data analytics skillset. Strong with number crunching
Ability to manage and drive learnings from consumer insighting activities .
Willing to learn in a fast-paced startup ecosystem with a Result-driven mindset. Ability to work
under pressure, tight timelines & handle uncertainty.
