Role & Responsibilities :
4-6 years experience
Great Passion for Digital Media planning & statistics
End to end digital paid media strategy creation.
Managing leads and client servicing for existing digital media clients.
Research and creation of pitches along with the team
Google Ad-words, Social Ads & Analytics Technical Expertise
Thorough understanding of SEM – Google Ad-words, Social Ads, Google Analytics
Expert in managing paid search campaigns
Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development
Identifying the target audience for a particular media campaign and deciding how best
to communicate to that audience.
Optimize plans and budget according to the best media mix
Creating and executing paid media campaigns across our channels of records
Analyzing, Recording and Troubleshooting performance data in excel
Making in-the-moment campaign management decisions with massive budgets
Qualifications & Criteria
Bachelors degree is must in any stream.
Fluent in written English
A self-starter mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and an appetite for learning
Moderate to advanced Excel experience, graphs etc.
Demonstrable success in improving account performance in direct response Facebook advertising, and a desire to champion.
A similar online ad experience will be considered as well.
Ability to uncover insights from data and use quantitative methods to answer questions and to find opportunities for optimization
A passion for marketing, social advertising, and a positive attitude in all regards
A desire to remain up-to-date with trends, new features, and functionalities in social advertising
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
