Business Context:
Unilever is embarking on a large number of business transformation initiatives. These initiatives have an impact across all the service lines in Uniops Commercial Experience (ComEx), and therefore need a formal leadership to effectively manage the design as well as the deployment of such global initiatives across the ComEx service lines. The transformation agenda encompasses business separation based on portfolio choices, establishing new service lines for differentiated business models etc. This ambitious agenda calls for a strong resource supporting the Commercial Experience in Source to Pay with key responsibilities as follows
Key Responsibilities:
End to End Project execution of the Source to Pay Workstream for ekaterra TSA Tea Separation from UL system, which is currently planned between April to Aug 2023 in two waves (or can be extended depending on ekaterra exit timelines)
Change management and communication internally in UL, Suppliers and ekaterra a part of the TSA
Strong engagement with S2P 3PSP (IBM, Accenture, Capgemini, Infosys, Genpact) in terms of pre cutover activities, cut over activities and post cut over activities (transactional, master data, system activities)
Manage All the S2P engagements within Unilever (Supplier Ops, Market Ops OC, Procurement, Country, M&A, GCAD) and ekaterra teams (S2P, GBS, Country team)
Closely work with the Jupiter project team on the transition impact to ekaterra (if it happens before the TSA Exit)
Collaborating with the Procurement workstream on Supplier Communications/Contract closures
Weekly Project reporting, risk mitigation closely working with the central program team
The role involves bringing agile ways of working, quick decision making, rapid communication approach, passionate about growth and landing milestones OTIF delivery. As such the role holder needs to demonstrate

Develop working knowledge across various service lines and be able to connect the dots and understand interfaces/interdependencies across service lines impacting transformation projects

Ability to work in a global role, demonstrate awareness and empathy to cultural diversity.
Customer and service centric mind set, placing the business need at the heart of each solution; and
Ability to work under pressure and, at times, in ambiguous situations
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
Good practical understanding on Source to Pay Process, Data and Tools – Direc/Indirect Buying, T&E, Invoice to Pay, Helpdesk, Controls and Compliance), there will not be too much time to go through learning curve
An MBA, CA or an equivalent Business Management or Finance degree with top academic credentials
Ability to work as a team player
Excellent command of English, including written, oral and presentation skills
Understanding and excellent application of Analytical tools
Strong knowledge of MS office tools
Having a solution and execution mind set
