We are looking for someone who understands our customers’ journey and can deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time. The ideal candidate will work with our strategic marketing teams to drive the digital engagement along the newly defined customer journey through each stage, and maximize views, click throughs and conversion.
In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with the brand team, media team & creative agency partners to deliver creatives for campaigns across social media, web, display & E-commerce, along with content for Cleanipedia. This person will be responsible for the delivery of creatives for all Laundry, Home & Hygiene brands, within the Home Care Division at HUL – primarily Surf Excel, Comfort, Love & Care, Vim, Domex, Nature Protect, to name a few.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the ideation, execution, and measurement of digital creatives targeting customers at different stages in the customer journey
Produce & optimize content on Cleanipedia, to drive SEO & business goals
Drive always on A/B testing & experimentation on creatives to maximize CTR & conversions
Work with the creative team to ensure optimized design, copy, and calls to action
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team
Develop clear global and regional KPI’s and implement quantitative analytics to track the success of all campaigns
What You Will Need:
Degree in communications, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing and content management. Creative agency background preferred
In-depth knowledge of various digital channels & an understanding of how creatives work on them
Data-driven – ability to use metrics to refine campaigns, optimize and report results
Ability to adjust to changing priorities and shift quickly between products and channels.
