Must have Team handling experience – (min 7 to 8 members)
High field presence & there by supporting micro banking business by ensuring efficient resource allocation & productivity of team members (credit officers)through daily & weekly planning & monitoring.
Individual productivity of underwriting unsecured individual loans of Micro and Rural banking products. –
Quality check/Sample visits and Shadow of cases for the loans sanctioned/disbursed.
Ensuring Individual and team Credit Officers Portfolio Performance, ensuring NIL errors while processing, underwriting quality.
To ensure team to support collection (
Ensure improvement in OTRR for kerala state in both the micro banking products( group loans & Individual loans)
Prepare and execute portfolio improvement for branches constantly appearing in bottom OTRR list
Review Branch Credit Limits and any other credit policies, product related and provide suitable recommendation based on cluster portfolio performance
Branch TAT: Overall Group loan and Individual loan TAT products. Ensure coordination with all verticals to ensure smooth processing
Timely escalation/approval of deviations with proper recommendation/ logic and response on branch & customers queries & issues
Visit Centre Meetings and highlight critical issues to branch supervisors as early warning (critical / watchlist centers based on regional definition)
Punctuality, Discipline, Coordination, flexibility, decision making ability & conflict management in the field for self & team
Effective Participate in Branch meetings, Branch Rep Meetings and Branch Reviews
Error monitoring for loan applications, proper action plan for improvisation time to time.
Highlight early warning signal pertaining to critical branches / area and accordingly propose suitable action plan
Involve in areas surveys, area cross check, sub sector studies, competitor analysis, occupation survey and review of negative/no go areas and propose suitable credit policy
Quality Trainings in product, policy, system related, for team members & new joinees, Certification trainings, Branch Trainings.
Build language Proficiency in read, oral, writing, software/Excel Skills for self & direct reports
Interview & screening of candidates on requirement basis.
Competitor visits and analysis, and sharing the field observation from time to time.
