Provide resolution and respond to adhoc queries
Ensure each process/ activity has documentation and is updated
Regular updation of issue log, time sheet, KPI’s, Time table, MoM and keep the TL/TM updated on process issues
People / Team:
Participate in team initiatives meetings, knowledge sharing, sharing responsibilities in case of absenteeism
Inform superiors about the training requirements and get trained on it
