Job Description:

Responsibilities of candidates include:

a. Introductory Enquiry about Academy

b. Interaction with parents and students

c. Knowledge of all competitive exams covered by the Academy

d. Knowledge of timelines of all competitive exams

e. All Admin and Accounts related work

f. Addressing personal issues of students (especially girls)

g. Typing Question papers in a pre-defined format

h. Coordinate front-desk activities.

i. Distributing correspondence.

j. Redirecting phone calls to the concerned Management authority.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Com/BCA/BCS/BBA/MBA/BMS

Educational Expertise:

Admin, Finance, HR, Operations, etc.

Core Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, Creativity, and Team Player.

Background / Experience:

0-2+ years of experience.

Freshers with the competencies mentioned above would also be considered.

Industry Preference:

Engineering Colleges, Educational Institutes, Educational Academy, School, and Jr. College.

Software Cognizance: Microsoft Office, Tally ERP, Internet Research, and Digital Marketing.
