Position description: Custodian of the a product category with effective brand(s) mangement stemming from 1. Deep consumer insights 2. Marketing communication to maximize brand preference in the respective region. Achieve targeted business results.
Primary Responsibilities:
To build brand equity for TVS brand across ranges of 2W & 3W
Ability to understand the customer category and purchase funnel for brands in respectie region
Develop insights for the category by identifying the need / gap
By defining the marketing challenge / problem and developing the 360 communication (ATL/BTL/ Digital) for improvement of brand salience
By creating regular marketing communication collateralls and digital artworks meeting the demands of different countries
Building marketing campaign for a particular brand(s) in the operating geography
Monitering the brand communciation effectiveness and ensuring desired in shop experience. Lead digitization implementation in country
Maintain MIS for the brand and moniter the target achivement . Periodic reporting and sharing of reports to India
Plan and achieve the targeted retail volume for the brand(s) by closly working with Country manager, distributor and dealers
Plan achievement of NPD volume and market share in respective region
Educational qualifications preferred
Category: Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
Field specialization: Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Marketing
Degree: Bachelor of Engineering – BE, Master of Business Administration – MBA, Post Graduate Diploma in Management – PGDM
