Job Description:

Tutree is on the hunt for an efficient and innovative email marketing executive. In this role, you will be responsible to create and run email marketing campaigns, prepare marketing strategies, managing email databases, and working on newsletters. *The Duties:

• Grow our email list by identifying the target audience.

• Design and implement email marketing campaigns

• Make sure the emails are proofread and error-free

• Upgrade email templates with graphics, personalization, etc.

• Generate leads by creating email databases

• Suggest improvements on email campaigns, if any

• Submit reports on sales generated via email marketing efforts

• Follow industry policies and practices when sending out emails

• Use market ESP software for creating and implementing automated email campaigns

• Manage high-volume campaigns.

• Build dynamic newsletters, web forms, AB testing, and create customized reports.

• Follow best practices surrounding developing, HTML/CSS coding, optimizing, and delivering email marketing campaigns.

• Compile and analyze performance metrics

• Ensure QA processes are properly followed and successful delivery of campaigns

The Needs:

• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field

• Proven experience with HTML, excel, and content management systems

• Should have hands-on experiences with tools like Klaviyo, Hubspot, mautic, Mailchimp, SendGrid, and more.

• Awareness about SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

• Familiarity with analytical and database tools

• Excellent written communication

• Strong project management skills

• Be able to work under deadlines
