Roles and Responsibilities PFB the
Analyzing historical financial performance of emerging corporates for assessing their credit worthiness. It involves analysis of historical profit and loss statements, historical balance sheet, cash flows, historical cash conversion cycle trends, debt structure, capex, analysis of historical ratios including leverage and coverage ratios.
Handling mid corporates
Rating experience across diverse rating verticals such as Bank Loans, Debt Instruments, Corporate Ratings, MSMEs and Project Grading
Analysis of issuer’s liquidity position by studying their average working capital utilization.
Analyzing the projected financials as provided by the entity, analyzing near term outlook of the entities, interacting with the management for in depth understanding of the business model and future outlook of the firm and plans for growth.
Preparation of detailed credit rating report, arriving at a rating for the entity / debt instruments based on the analysis and presenting the rating to the core rating committee members
