Key Responsibilities:
Research audience preferences and discover current trends
Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Coordinate with designers to create engaging text, image, and video content
Optimize company pages on different platforms to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
Measure Social Media traffic
Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with co-workers (Designers & Content developer, paid marketing) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Reply to online reviews, comments and share contents on groups.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
Technical Skills/Competencies Required:
Hands-on experience using various social media platforms to advertise
Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video)
Knowledge of social media analytics
Soft Skills/Attributes Required:
Excellent communication skills (Reading, Writing, Listening)
Ability to present reports on weekly/monthly basis
