Role Responsibilities and Description:
The marketing executive will be in charge of developing and executing a paid media plan across digital channels such as Facebook and Google to facilitate growth by bringing in and converting leads at the most optimum costs and scale.

Here’s what you’ll do in the role:
Devise, develop and implement the company’s marketing strategies across paid and earned digital media for all business-verticals of Toehold, viz. Photo Travel, Academy, Camera Rent, Vacations and Outdoors.
Coordinate and collaborate effectively with the sales and calling teams to ensure that leads are being catered to, and improve lead quality
Analyze campaigns, spends and performance regularly and optimise campaigns based on learning.
Own the paid-media funnel, experiment with forms, funnel structures and touch points across the funnel in which we speak to consumers
Own the marketing budget and ensure the leads, conversion and marketing ROI metrics are met within the stipulated budget.
Develop effective marketing-strategies to ensure repeat consumers.
To do all this and more, we need you to have:
A degree in business management or marketing.
At least three years’ experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google and email campaigns.
Demonstrated record of high performance and quantifiable achievement.
Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical ability.
Flexibility about working alone, or as a part of a team.
Ability to be organised and deliver within defined deadlines.
