Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions of Indian, US & UK companies.
Responsible for monthly/yearly book closing.
Responsible for intercompany invoicing.
Ensuring adequate controls are in place.
Managing the payroll process.
Compliances
Responsible for all statutory compliances including RBI, MCA, etc. of the Indian Company.
Ensure that the transactions are compliant with Transfer Pricing rules.
Responsible for the US & UK filings with the assistance of the Consultant.
Getting the statutory audit done for the Company.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting.
Analyzing the variances from the forecasted numbers.
Taxation
Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit.
Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax audit.
Treasury.
Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows.
Deployment of surplus funds to earn risk-free returns.
Legal
Drafting and Verification of NDA and agreement with Costumers and Vendors
Drafting and Verification of NDA and agreement with Employees
Guiding in case of any disputes with vendors, costumers and Employee
Other
Interact with the Business Managers to identify, analyze and provide solutions to the business problems.
