As a crucial member of the web production team, together we will go above and beyond to enable our internal customers to accomplish business objectives!
As a Web Publishing Specialist, you will receive content from multiple marketing teams within our division and thoughtfully enter it into our website’s content management system (CMS). You will use customer-centric design principles and page analytics to advise and drive your production decisions.
We are a highly matrixed environment—you will collaborate with teams across multiple marketing departments. This global role is based in Bangalore India, and reports to a Bangalore-based supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
Build web pages within the CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) and customize HTML/CSS code when needed while following style guidelines
Collaborate with internal customers to understand web content requests, seeking clarification on open questions. Act as an advisor to recommend customer-centric web design/UX improvements
Use our project management system (Workfront) to retrieve content, complete assigned workflow steps, communicate updates to projects, and uploading URLs for review
Complete web tactics and handle workflow and timelines of multiple, simultaneous projects based on prioritization model
Optimize web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc. using Adobe Photoshop
Upload images, marketing documents, and videos to the appropriate asset management system for use on the website
Prepare monthly reports on the performance of websites through different channels
Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and strong SEO performance of web pages by addressing issues detected by our website crawl tool (SiteImprove)
Employ Agile principles and be available during off-hours for Agile standups and other meetings with US-based team mates as needed

The successful candidate will be an individual with a strong focus on accuracy, an eye for design consistency, and robust attention to detail. You will be a phenomenal teammate with the ability to effectively collaborate with all project team members on a formal, informal, written, and verbal basis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and 2 or more years of hands-on experience with customer-facing web sites
Familiar with web publishing content management systems; hands-on experience a plus, Adobe Experience Manager a bonus
Ability to work on MS Excel and PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
Basic understanding of SEO principles; and familiar with HTML and CSS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills relevant to the role
Ability to problem-solving and exercise judgment and independence in identifying next step
