ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Content Associate for Talent Branding, you will be owning talent-centric marketing communications that is shared externally with prospects.
Your responsibilities are detailed as below:
Become MathCo.’s brand custodian across external communication from a talent standpoint, keeping messaging consistent through all the platforms while ensuring the brand’s values & ethos reflect in the communication
Drive our PR initiatives while working with an external agency, wherein you will be involved in finding the right pitch and story that will let our prospective talent know about the cool opportunities we have here at MathCo
Lead our Campus Recruitment initiatives while closely working with talent specialists. This involves collaborating, ideating, and executing specific programs to ensure that MathCo. has a sustained presence across Campuses. You will get to closely collaborate with stakeholders and recruitment teams across the country to engage with the smartest bunch from MBA/B.Tech institutes
Assist with external talent-centric communication in terms of developing content for various media platforms and events all the while ensuring that the core messaging is adequately translated, taking into account distinct tonalities in written/spoken forms
Independently manage planning, follow-ups, editing of content to assist with PR, Campus Recruitment and Strategic Partnerships while collaborating with the creative team on accompanying visuals
Managing and working with external vendors such as creative agencies and PR agencies to promote talent-centric messaging
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent writing, editing, proofreading & speaking skills
The ability to source stories/talking points from employees and translate them to various communication collaterals
Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills, across teams and seniorities
Keen sensitivity towards organisation’s ethos, goals and values, to relay them in communications
The ability to come up with creative communication strategies and collaterals
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A degree in journalism, literature, media communications, public relations or marketing is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in content writing or corporate communication
