About the role
The Luxury Closet is looking for a Campaign Manager who will be based in our India office. The Campaign Manager will be a key component of our broader Growth & Marketing team reporting directly to the Head of Customer Growth. The Campaign Manager will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across countries whilst developing strong customer lifecycle marketing strategies through various channels such as Email, SMS and Push to ensure growth targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Defining the Lifecycle Marketing Strategy to optimize customer funnels and conversion rates.
• Managing Multichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, Push, Pops and other similar channels to increase list sizes and enhancing click through rates and deliverability.
• Creating top line revenue drivers with the launch and constant optimization of key customer lifecycle journeys, such as cross sell, up sell, activations, reactivations, and loyalty.
• Monitoring monthly demand planning processes to ensure monthly growth targets are met within company set budgets.
• Demonstrating end to end ownership of key metrics such as Activation Rates, Retention Rates, Conversion Rates and Customer Lifetime Value.
• Working closely with Key Stakeholders to analyze and report the performance of set campaigns.

Requirements

• 3 years previous experience working in growth marketing, or a role focused specially on Database marketing strategies, preferably- SMS, Email and Push.
• Previous experience within eCommerce business ideally within the fashion sector.
• Hands on experience managing customer lifecycle marketing and creating campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement and retention KPIs.
• Hands on knowledge of running A/B tests to optimize campaigns performance.
• Knowledge of Database marketing and Key KPIs such as Activation Rates, Retention Rates and Customer LTV.
• Strong understanding of creative practices for Email, SMS and Push campaigns.
• Experience in working in multi-countries and multi- language marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing performance tools such as Adjust, Tune, Appsflyer or Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms such as Clevertap, MoEnange, Klavivio or similar products.
• Well organized with great time management skills with the ability to multi-task and attention for detail.
• Degree educated in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or other relevant fields is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
