KEY WORKING PARAMETERS
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
Agency Operations:
Leads the Localization of all global guidelines and protocols related to agency management
Leads the selection, , assessment, engagement, evaluation and P4P processes of TCCC agencies using aligned global direction.
Leads the scouting of new agencies, including but not limited to shopper, media, digital, design and production houses
Ensures that INSWA is following all the company’s procedures related to agency hiring, including the development of timely and accurate MSAs and SOWs
Works closely with procurement and provides input to PS in all fee negotiations, taking into account the global deals and the OU IBX feedback
Champions the balance of effectiveness and efficiency when it comes to agency selection,
Supports PS in all the auditing processes involving agency operations
Works with IMX in all agency pitches, running the process in line with global guidelines and ensuring evaluations are accurately documented.
GEM
Leads the OU experimentation agenda, including the Global Experimentation Platform at OU level, recommending and coordinating experiments with other Mkt sub-functions. This includes sharing learnings and lifting & shifting success cases to foster networked experimentation, accelerated non-duplicative learning and development of Mkt capabilities.
Designs and Executes the GEM model within INSWA OU that helps identify and seed fund breakthrough, 10X Ideas impacting any aspect of the INSWA Marketing Organization
Helps identify large future partnerships with key stakeholders
KeY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
8-10 years of experience including Marketing, Innovation, Capability Management, Project Management

Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

Communication Focus
The role communicates internally across OU Mkt (and eventually including Key Bottlers), the global Marketing capabilities & GEM community and OU HR and PAC.
The role is also responsible for influencing and sharing information and practices across the global Marketing community.
The role must be in contact with external partners in order to constantly oxygenate the OU marketing organization
