– Ability to analyze different stages of a call, Understanding of Fatal and Non fatal errors, calibration process
– Ability to communicate feedback effectively,
– Analyse the TM data and identify training needs and process gaps
– Ability to understand the AOI – both agents and process and able to give suggestions to improve productivity and quality by suggesting scripts, pitch, agent training needs, etc
– Ability to multitask and monitor fcalls and give feedback for multiple projects
