Finance & Accounts ExecutiveWe are looking for an experienced and dedicated Account Executive to join our team. Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
Maintain balance sheets, invoices, P&L sheets etc.
Make entries for payments in Zoho books
Compiling and analyzing data to find trends, generating relevant reports, Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources
Staying updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Maintaining a database of contact information
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience, Handling complaints and negotiations
Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization
Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organisation
Monitor cash-flow of the organisation by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions
Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments
Monitor the economic and financial changes
Assist in financial audits
Regular coordination with CA for all filings on time
Manage TDS, PF, etc. for the entire team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent
Sharp eye for identifying irregularities
Excellent analytical abilities
Knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
Computer skills, especially MS Office and Zoho Books See Less
