Responsibilities and DutiesManaging outbound / inbound calls on timely manner
To follow communication script as per the process
To identify customers’ need and to inform the customers about the product details
Qualifications and SkillsExcellent English communication- both verbal as well as non-verbal
Candidates should be 18+
Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
