Job Description
This position will support recruitment marketing, candidate attraction & engagement, employer branding, events and social media for the Publicis Sapient Recruitment function.
Primary Responsibilities:
Engage with Internal clients / Recruiters to understand their talent branding and communication needs
Leverage creativity to drive innovative content on relevant thought leadership topics
Assist in employer branding projects by turning creative briefs into creative deliverables such as video scripts, client branding documents, landing page, and career site copy and social media content
Identifying various campaigns and partners for talent brand activation and amplification for our hiring needs
Present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders through structured and well-designed PowerPoint presentations
Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications
Help to maintain consistent PS Brand message delivered internally and externally in the region ensuring consistencies
Ensure all supporting collateral is relevant and professionally produced
Skilled at communicating (oral/written) effectively with a peer group, middle and senior management in all areas of the enterprise, including vendors, external agencies and partners
Coordinate activities/campaigns on its progress, timeline, within budget while execution
Enjoyment around innovating and learning new technologies
Ability to perform independently and within a team environment
Skilled at working successfully with people and coordinating project activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Marketing / Public Relations
Must have 2-6 years of professional work experience in Recruitment Marketing
