Job Title: Business Analyst Lead

Total Exp: 7+Years

Location: Mumbai (WFO)

NP: Immediate-30 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across business units (CRM, business, ERC) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with respective teams.
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports.
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
• Prepare BRDs, Solution documents and engage with the technical teams.
• Report to Project Manager and on tasks as assigned.

Required skills and qualifications.

• Five or more years of experience in CRM
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
