Must-Have:
.Overall 4+ year of IT experience.
.At least 3 years of technical and functional BA experience.
.Business requirement elicitation and elaboration, workshopfacilitation and documentation
.Demonstrated capability in business intelligence, ETL, dataprofiling and SQL
.Stakeholder management skills
.Verbal and written communication skills
.
Good To Have:
.Financial Services Industry Experience, preferably Financialcrimes or other compliance areas
.Experience working in technology enabled change
.AML, Fin Crime knowledge
Responsibilities:
.Gather requirements
.Creation of Designdocuments
.Creation of User Stories
.Create Estimates &Work on Implementation Strategy
