Roles & Responsibility:
Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and work with channel development / inventory & investment team to build, establish and maintain our advertiser’s presence online.
Understand the holistic and dynamic landscape of social media channels, strategies, emerging platforms, and audiences within those channels that create a roadmap that includes channel strategy, content strategy, and technology platforms and tools.
Work in collaboration with channel development team on new activations & test and maintain roadmap / test calendar
Monitor social trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
Partner with Trading managers to build, execute and maintain player messaging, content engagement strategies and campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
Build tracking links and work closely with tagging, audience management & external partners on the integration related discussions
Work with Trading manager and help to oversee and enhance the approval / workflow process for all campaigns, initiatives and assets
Regular reporting to wider organization on current community trends, sentiment and channel performance
Work closely with the Trading team to ensure consistent and impactful campaign execution
Work with CFT team to help manage crisis situations quickly and effectively
Experience & Skills:
7 to 10 years of experience in a community management or social media coordination role, preferably for a B2B or B2C domain
Experience with social media management tools such as Kenshoo, 4C Sprout Social, Sprinklr and Social Studio
Understanding of and ability to manage digital marketing. Grasp of digital tools and platforms in the online and social media space will be a plus.
Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention, reactivation, revenue)
Experience building brands on social media [Instagram, Facebook and Twitter (YouTube experience considered an asset, but not mandatory)] with a proven track record
Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including creation of style guides, tone, response strategies
Effective time management and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, exhibit thought leadership with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
