• Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to Managing Directors •
• Organization: Adept at scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and following up on action items. • Problem
• Solving: Possess strong quantitative problem solving and prioritization skills.

•  Served as the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and managed
• information flow
•  Drafting Emails / Letters & perform other related duties as &when required.
•  Maintaining all important files & documentation as per business requirement.
•  Ensuring maintenance of Attendance & stationary.
•  Managing executive’s calendar, including making appointments and preparing communications on
• executive’s behalf Finding new opportunity in the market and there should be proper sales data
• analysis to be made.
•  monitor day-to-day matters of the Director’s Office, managing timecritical and confidential projects as per
• requirement. Interact and get reports from all the senior management team in completing the tasks
• assigned.

•  Set up appointments considering the time zone differences, organise an extremely high-level executive
• calendar., fix calendar invites, prevents scheduling conflicts or anticipate and resolve conflicts, compete with
• top executive’s schedule and priorities.
•  Coordinate with the travel desk for Travel Management, Flight bookings, and hotel reservations
•  Research and book flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations provide detailed directions
• and destination information; visa documentation
•  Opening, sorting and distributing incoming, emails, and other correspondence, Thorough vetting of all
• commercial documents before signing by senior executives.

EA Requirements

 Experience- minimum 3 years.

 From hair and skink care industry – preferred

 Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is

preferred.

 Should have the knowledge to handle social media.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
