Designation: Relationship Manager- Working Capital Finance.

Experience: Min. 5 to 12 years

Education: MBA / CA

Position Responsibilities:

1. Acquire and onboard new clients who require Working Capital facilities
2. Create and build a quality portfolio with extensive cross-sell and product holding
3. Increase branch and RM participation and productivity
4. Ensure regular reviews, monitor credit quality and churn
5. Deliver targets for utilization and fee revenue from processing Fees, Trade, and Foreign Exchange income.

Key responsible area:
1. Acquire 3 New clients per month.
2. New clients – 2 cross-sell products to be given to every New client.
3. Cross-Sell to clients with 6 months of Vintage – 8 units per client.
4. Increase in portfolio utilization – as per target.
5. Revenue delivery – as per Target.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
