Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated digital marketer who can build, coordinate, execute, optimize, and measure account-based marketing digital campaigns on a global scale. As a member of our growing digital marketing team, you will build personalized, digital buyer journeys, supported by email marketing automation programs and focused digital advertising strategies (Google Ads and LinkedIn Advertising). Our goal is to develop creative, multi-channel ABM approach that drives lead generation and accelerates pipeline growth within targeted accounts.

Responsibilities

• Establish best practice for strategic ABM campaigns and become the subject matter expert in building targeted account journeys.
• Develop account plan playbooks to maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Ensure integration with our full martech stack, including Pardot and Salesforce, to allow for proper tracking and visibility.
• Collaborate with the business analyst team to maintain a targeted account list and measure account engagement.
• Work with digital marketing team to establish a regular reporting process and cadence for campaign performance to highlight progression of ABM targets and pipeline contribution.
• Serve as our in-house expert on the ABM technology platforms and advise on tools to acquire to support the ABM strategy.
• Partner with Revenue Marketing and Sales Development teams to develop programs that drive demand in key accounts to engage champions, decision-makers, and influencers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B digital demand generation, ABM, or segment-based marketing role, ideally in the software industry.
• Proficiency working with major marketing technologies, including ABM platforms and marketing automation (e.g. Pardot, Marketo).
• Experience working in lead acquisition with a hyper-targeted account approach and focusing on enterprise sales.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, in particular Excel.
• Strong reporting capabilities and the ability to provide insights and analyze ABM programs
• Strong prioritization, organization, time management, and project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or comparable education/experience.
• Graphic design knowledge and ability to use Photoshop preferred.
• Experience working in an international setting is preferred.
