The D365 Systems Analyst (Supply Chain Analyst Specialist) will be a highly experienced Systems Analyst working in Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain modules and a proven track record of analytical strength.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand Business Requirements and map these to workable Supply Chain Solutions
- Implementation of SCM projects in Dynamics AX and Dyanmics 365 SCM
- User support for SCM projects
- Troubleshooting of systems and data issues
- Troubleshooting of reporting issues
- Analysis of monthly cost reports
- Manage issues through to resolution, routing to external partners where appropriate
- Support for SCM Data Integrations
- Backup support for D365 Finance
Skills
Essential skills:
- 5 or more years experience of the F&O Supply Chain modules in both Dynamics AX2012 and Dynamics 365 SCM in a second line support or more senior role
- Strong technical background with a demonstrable track record in data analysis, mathematical dexterity
- Deep knowledge of product costing, financial dimensions, stock dimensions
- Understanding of core supply chain operations including: product mastering and lifecycle, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, Bills of Material assembly, order to cash process
- Data Integration / B2B Messaging
- Understanding of core finance operations and ledger integrations
Desirable skills:
- T-SQL
- PowerBI
