Outsourced Bookkeeping is hiring BPO Executives who can work on Quickbooks, USA Accounting and USA Book-keeping. This position is responsible for working with our existing USA Clients in co-ordination and co-operation with our existing Accounts Team, maintaining Finance and Accounting for our USA Clients.

Outsourced Bookkeeping provides exposure to learn the US Accounting and Bookkeeping.

Job Designation – BPO Executive

Location – Mandi Gobindgarh, Fateh Garh Sahib, (Punjab)

Qualification – Minimum Commerce Graduate

Salary: CTC INR 120000 – 144000 / Annum

Salary will not be a constraint for deserving candidates.

· Accounting

· Bookkeeping

· Monthly Bank Reconciliation

· Accounts Payable

· Accounts Receivable

· Sales Return Preparation

· Payroll Processing

· Help with new client set up and communication, so that they can respond daily to any client requests / email / communication.

· To set up information in our client’s portal.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required

· Knowledge of computer, Internet, Microsoft Office, Email, Browsers, Windows operating systems.

· Ability of working with numerical data. Attention to details.

· Accuracy.

· Knowledge of business and accounting terms such as profit, ROI, assets, liabilities, etc.

· Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

· Flexible and adaptable to change.
