Roles and Responsibilities:

• The incumbent would be responsible for collections

• Monitoring and reviewing various processes – TAT

• Monitor the collections cluster-wise /bucket-wise and submit periodic summary updates on delinquent portfolio to team lead

• Based on the Monthly Aging, placing direct phone calls and E-mails to customers whose accounts that are past due for 30 days.

• Initiate detailed account level review of high-ticket accounts and/or all customer whose accounts past due for 45 days.

• Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections are made and monitor defaulting customers by ensuring regular follow with critical/complex customers to identify reasons for defaulting

• Based on the Monthly Aging, collections letters are to be sent to all customers that have overdue outstanding for over 60 days past due with the intimation of service interruption if payment is not received within ten business days.

• Liaison with other functions and departments viz. sales, credit, operations, Legal, ARC

• Initiate recovery process/ attachment of assets hypothecated/mortgaged and initiate liquidation in consultation with Legal, ARC team.

• Ensure compliance to all Audit / Regulatory bodies as well as policies and procedures of the company

Skills Required:

• Hands on work experience with mandatory experience in collection of Supply Chain Products

• This position requires good written, oral and reading communication skills in order for the incumbent to accurately obtain interpret and transcribe a variety of communications and instructions.

• This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.

• Should be mature enough to handle people in pressurized situations and ensure targets /deadlines met.

Education Requirements: C.A./MBA Finance/ Professional qualification like L.L.B.

Work Experience: Min. 5 years and above in financial industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
