The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

• Awareness and understanding of the GRC Domain, Operational Risk Management & Technology

Business

• Accountable for overall Business Systems Solutions related to Technical Implementation
• Maintenance of SCB&rsquos OR & Governance, Risk, and Compliance Metric Stream Systems / Modules from inception to project closure
• Partner with cross-functional teams to produce relevant documents (Functional Specification, Interface Documentation etc.)
• Designing, implementing and /or assessing GRC technology, including a good understanding of the systems implementation lifecycle as well as optimizing business processes through use of technology.

Processes

• Process driven and disciplined approach working within the Bank&rsquos Governance Structures and Standards to produce high-quality deliverables to the agreed timelines.
• Good understanding of the Agile Delivery Methodology.
• Good understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle.
• Good knowledge of Behaviour-driven Development Framework
• Responsible for building prototypes using Excel and other tools
• Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on business cases, business requirements, traceability matrix, process and workflows as per SCBs development guidelines.
• Responsible for optimizing business processes through use of technology.
• Responsible for adapting templates to meet the client&rsquos needs.
• Responsible for identifying what portions of pre-existing materials are applicable & what needs to be tailored.
• Responsible for delivering solutions in Metric Stream M7.

• Develop and sustain good relationships with clients.
• Support faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
